Tabata training is a form of interval training that involves performing a specific exercise for 20 seconds at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This cycle is repeated 8 times, for a total of 4 minutes per exercise. The intensity and short duration creates maximum fat burning and builds endurance. All fitness levels.
